Please read our return, exchange, and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so before it is shipped. Once dispatched, shipping charges are non-refundable.

To request a cancellation, email us at admin@gypseelife.com with your Order Number, Full Name, and Contact Number.

Return Policy

If your package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, kindly do not accept the delivery. Notify us immediately by emailing customercare.gypseelife@gmail.com with your Order Number.

To initiate a return for any other reason, please send your request within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your Order Number, Full Name, Contact Number, and photos of the product if there's a defect.

Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality check by our team. Based on the result, we will offer you either a credit note or a refund for the product.

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the item. We will reimburse up to INR 150 as a credit note in case of defective products.

Please note:

  • For items with free shipping, the actual shipping charges incurred by our logistics partner (both forward and return) will be deducted from the refund.

  • No returns are accepted for international orders.

Exchange Policy

You may raise an exchange request within 7 days of receiving the item by emailing us at customercare.gypseelife@gmail.com. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Exchanges will be processed within 5–7 working days once we receive the original item.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with both return and replacement shipments.

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged, and a shipping label will be sent to you via email or WhatsApp. This label must be printed and attached to the return package.

  • If self-shipping, please include your Name, Phone Number, Address, and Order Number inside the package.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Exchange requests will not be accepted after 7 days of delivery.

  • For products with free shipping, the actual logistic costs for both delivery and return will be deducted from the exchange amount.
